We are the only company in the industry that guarantees the buy-back of our product -- without any commissions, discounts, or hidden fees at the back end (which is industry standard to make money on both ends for those few other companies who will buy it back).  Even better, we mail your check to you within 24 to 72 hours, guaranteed!  In the event of a family emergency, we will expedite it to you via overnight, or however fits best with your then-current circumstances.  Because we only deal in premium, high quality coins, we can quote you a guaranteed buy-back price at any time.  When you are ready, we will guarantee that price upon receipt of the coins.

The liquidation process is very simple - much the same as the purchase.  You return the coins to us via USPS registered and insured. Upon receipt of your coins, we contact you to confirm receipt, and confirm the price which we have agreed to pay you over a recorded conversation which will provide a written confirmation.  Thereafter, your check will be forwarded to you within three business days.   It's that easy!  Again, in the event of a family or other emergency, we are happy to accommodate expediting these funds to you according to your circumstances.

Coins Purchased from Other Companies

In the event your portfolio consists of coins you have purchased from us, as well as other companies, company policy does not require us to purchase them from you.  (This doesn't mean that we will not consider them, as it would depend upon the quality of the coin and other factors.)  In the event we agree to buy them from you, we  will first need to inspect the coin(s) prior to quoting you a price, for several reasons.  First, the main reason is because most companies do not maintain the same high standards that we do. We only sell coins in which we guarantee the buyback of these coins - which are the absolute highest in quality (the highest standards of the industry). 
Second, we can not "assume" the quality of the other company's coins are as high as ours (simply stated, most are not). For example, our MS65 might be just short of a MS66, and another company's MS65 might be what we would consider a MS64.  That is why we will need to inspect the subject coins before quoting you a price.   If you do not wish to sell them for the price we quote you, then we will simply return them to you via USPS registered and insured mail.
