The liquidation process is very simple - much the same as the purchase. You
return the coins to us via USPS registered and insured. Upon receipt of your coins,
we contact you to confirm receipt, and confirm the price which we have agreed to pay
you over a recorded conversation, with a written confirmation. Thereafter, your check
will be forwarded to you within three business days. That's always been our policy,
and that's why we can so easily guarantee this cushion, should you ever want to sell

Coins Purchased from Other Companies....
In the event your gold coin portfolio consists of gold and/or silver coins you have not
purchased from us, company policy does not require us to purchase them from you.
(However, this doesn't mean that we will not consider them. It would depend upon
the quality of the coin and other factors.) For this reason, in the event we agree to
buy them from you, we will first need to inspect the coin(s) prior to quoting you a
price, for several reasons. The primary reason is because most companies do not
maintain the same high quality standards that we do. We only sell coins in which we
guarantee the buyback of these coins - which are the absolute highest in quality (the
highest standards of the industry). Other companies, however, have been known to
sell inferior coins, that are not worth as much as you think they are, so their
commissions are higher. We, on the other hand, sell only high quality coins, which
is why we can maintain our high standards in wanting our coins back in the future.
We can never "assume" the quality of the other company's coins are as high as ours
(simply stated, most are not) for these reasons. For example, our MS65 might be just
short of a MS66, and another company's MS65 might be what we would consider a
MS64. That is why we will need to inspect the gold and/or silver coins before
quoting you a price. If you do not wish to sell them for the price we quote, then we
will simply return them to you via USPS registered and insured mail.... it's that simple.
